Sabaté is a family business founded in 1940 in Barcelona. It was the first photo lab to specialise in large format printing, producing cinema posters for Warner, Fox, Cifesa, MGM etc.
From 1960 to 1980 the company became a reference in Barcelona in the field of graphic imaging, producing most of the work for the Fira de Barcelona booths. It was the first company to work for the Inditex group globally.
In the late 90s, with the arrival of the digital age, our company pioneered the introduction of digital retouching equipment and large format laser printing (Lambda).
Sabaté not only specialises in large format printing, but we are also specialists in fine art printing and well-known artists (Montserrat Soto, Susy Gómez, Ignasi Aballí, Joan Fontcuberta, Santos Montes etc.) and galleries (Estrany de la Mota, Soledad Lorenzo, Horrac de Moyà, Elba Benítez, Helga de Alvear etc.) are among our customers
In order to optimise our production, we have divided our services into PHOTO LAB offering services for artists and DIGITAL PRINT for advertising services.
After refreshing our company image, we are still a family business that keeps constantly growing and evolving. Our staff of 24 professional experts offer their services from our 1600 m2 premises located in the cosmopolitan Grácia district with the same objective: being a consistent reference in quality and services.
